A foundation contractor that would rather diagnose than sell

We are based at 2200 Lake Ave in Fort Wayne and work on residential foundations, basements and crawl spaces across northeast Indiana.

Foundation repair has a trust problem, and it is not hard to see where it comes from. The homeowner cannot evaluate what they are being told, the damage looks alarming, and the industry standard in too many places is a free inspection that turns into a same-day price that expires at the door. We built this business around doing the opposite of that.

How we work

Every job starts with an inspection that is genuinely diagnostic: floor elevations measured across the house, crack patterns mapped inside and out, grading, downspouts and drainage checked at the perimeter. Then you get the finding in plain English and the price in writing, and you get to think about it for as long as you like.

Sometimes the finding is that nothing needs repair. Shrinkage cracks in a poured wall, a stair-step crack that has not moved in fifteen years, a damp spot traced to a downspout that came apart — these are real outcomes of a real inspection, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a row of piers.

What we specialize in

Residential structural work and the water problems that cause it: piering and underpinning for settlement, stabilization for bowing and cracked walls, interior drainage and sump systems, crawl space repair and encapsulation, and polyurethane leveling for sunken concrete. We do not do new construction or full foundation replacement — when that is genuinely what a house needs, we say so.

Why local matters here

Northeast Indiana has a specific set of ground conditions, and they shape every repair decision we make. Clay-rich glacial till that swells when saturated and shrinks in a dry August. A water table held high by three converging rivers. Winters that put the top few feet of soil through freeze-thaw cycles over and over. A crew that works this ground every week reads a crack pattern differently than one that does not.

That local knowledge extends to the housing stock. A century-old stone foundation in Auburn, a mid-century block basement on Fort Wayne's east side and a fifteen-year-old poured wall in a Huntertown subdivision fail in three different ways, and each of them wants a different conversation.
